We want you to love your preloved piece. If you change your mind, you can return it within 14 days of receiving it for a full refund of the item price
How to return
- Contact us through our Contact Us page within 14 days of delivery to let us know you'd like to return your item.
- Send the item back within 14 days of contacting us, unworn and in the same condition you received it, with any packaging it came with.
- Please use a tracked service. Return postage is paid by you unless the item is faulty or not as described.
Refunds
- Once we receive and check the item, we'll refund you to your original payment method within 14 days.
- If you return your whole order, we'll also refund the standard delivery cost you paid.
Faulty or not as described
If your item arrives damaged, faulty or not as described, contact us within 30 days and we'll arrange a refund or replacement, including return postage.
As all our pieces are preloved, they may show light signs of wear. This is described and pictured in each listing and isn't counted as a fault.
This doesn't affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
